The first survey interviewed university students and young professionals about their experience in studying and working at home during the lockdown and their idea in the future.
Generally negative experience with distance learning exams for 58% of respondents and according to 42% one of the most difficult aspects is the monotony of home days.
40% of students say that studying at home has allowed them to appreciate more the comfort of their room or home and the company of roommates or partners.
The future? 90% of students consider returning to presence classes important. Only 1 in 10 express a clear preference for distance learning classes.
Generally positive experience with meetings from home for 7 out of 10 workers and for 51% the most appreciated aspect of smart working is undoubtedly the possibility to manage time in a different way.
But smart working has also generated a number of difficulties. According to 32% of professionals, there has been a lack of opportunities to travel, meet new colleagues and launch projects.
The future? Flexibility is the key word for 8 out of 10 professionals. 67% of workers expect to be back in attendance but would like to go to the office 1/2 times a week or decide day by day whether to work from home.
